Electrostatic and MEMS Tutorial

Learn how to use ALGOR software's capabilities for electrostatic and MEMS analysis. In this tutorial, you will set up and analyze a three-dimensional (3-D) model of a radial comb motor. First, an electrostatic field strength and voltage analysis is performed to calculate voltages and electrostatic forces. Then, a static stress with linear material models analysis is performed using the electrostatic forces as a loading.
