New User Interface Makes FEA Easy Across All Analysis Types

FEMPRO, ALGOR's single user interface with full finite element modeling, results evaluation and presentation environments, is now available for all ALGOR analysis types. This Windows-native interface provides a smooth, efficient workflow to increase the productivity of engineers.

    • automatic, unstructured FEA meshing for single parts and assemblies with a built-in aspect ratio check, using bricks, tetrahedra or a hybrid of bricks on the model surface (where result values are highest) and tetrahedra inside
    • intelligent, automatic, feature-based mesh refinement tools and point-and-click definition of areas where a finer mesh is desired
  • right-click functionality for applying, modifying and deleting loads, constraints and FEA properties 
  • load and constraint set capabilities for managing different design scenarios 
  • a Material Library Manager and built-in library of materials 
  • a built-in graphics environment that features fast dynamic viewing controls and customization options including user-defined color palettes, annotations and options so that all analysis results can be:
    • displayed graphically as contours or plots
    • output in the BMP, JPG, TIF, PNG, PCX and TGA formats
    • animated with AVI creation and display tools
    • presented in text or HTML reports
